• All categories fulfilled have been thoroughly researched and validated
• There were book awards granted in gift certificate form within the ByDesign system. Many of those certificates were redeemed. The balances have been transferred over into OPOL
o Please be aware you or your team member may not see a balance due to the fact the reward was redeemed in full before the rollback on Feb 1
• Should you have a question about a reward you believe you earned and did not receive, please submit a Support Ticket under the category “Consultant Incentives”
o Do NOT submit a Support Ticket for a reward that shows “partially fulfilled” or “in process”

**We will be opening up, for two weeks only, a “no need to pay to claim your rewards” period for Consultants who are no longer active
**We will be providing a two week extension period on Back Office services to those who are still actively working their business
